Meet Lorena
I’m a coach, a builder, and someone who has been through enough hard things to know that the way out is rarely the one you expect. I created Senda because I needed it and because I kept meeting people who needed it too.
Through all of it, the therapy, the reflection, the rebuilding, I changed patterns I had carried my whole life. I did things I had told myself I couldn't do. I moved countries.
I found the relationship I actually wanted. I rebuilt my health through nutrition and daily practice. I designed, slowly and deliberately, a life that finally felt like mine.

Every one of those moments taught me something about what actually keeps people stuck and what it takes to move forward anyway.

Along the way I gathered the tools that helped me most. Psychology, nutrition science, meditation, systemic and constellation work, coaching. I kept studying because I was genuinely curious about what creates real change in people. Not as theory. As practice.

What I learned, slowly and through real experience, is this: the life you want doesn't happen by waiting for things to get easier. It happens when you stop, go deep, understand what's been shaping you without your knowing and start making different choices. Deliberately. One step at a time.

That's what Senda is. The method I built from living it.
And the reason I know it works, is because I've seen it work in others, and in myself.

— Lorena Ramírez
I started therapy at 17.

Not because something dramatic had happened but because I could already see the path I was on. The patterns around me. The ideas I had absorbed about what life was supposed to look like what a relationship should be, what success meant, what I should want.
Ideas placed there by my family, my culture, films, society. None of which I had consciously chosen. I didn't want to end up living someone else's script. So I started the work of understanding my own.

It wasn't linear. I fell for the wrong people before I found the right one. I built a career and got pushed out of it more than once. I faced environments that called my standards a problem and my self-respect a red flag. I went through some of the hardest things a person can go through, and kept going anyway.

Not because I deserved those hard moments. But because none of them were actually what I wanted and somewhere underneath the pain, I knew that.

That knowing is what changed everything.

Why I built Senda
How I work
Sessions with me are structured but warm. I ask direct questions, the kind that get to what's actually going on, not just what's on the surface. Together we find the information that matters most for you, at this moment in your life.

What I do is help you see more clearly. What you actually want. What’s been getting in the way. What a real next step looks like for you specifically not for someone else in a similar situation.
I also pay attention to the whole picture. If you’re exhausted, anxious, or carrying something physical that matters and it’s part of the work. Sometimes we look at nutrition, habits, rest, or environment, because how you feel in your body directly affects how clearly you can think and choose.
Every person I work with gets something tailored to where they are. Not a formula. A real process.
Reflection before action
I slow down before anything else because rushing to solutions without understanding what's actually happening usually creates more confusion. That's true in sessions, and it's how I live.
WHAT GUIDES THIS WORK
The Values
Respect for your own path
I don't believe there's one correct direction. My job isn't to tell you what to do it's to help you get clear enough to decide for yourself. Your life, your choice.
Curiosity and compassion
The hardest part of this work is looking at yourself without judgment. I create conditions where that becomes possible because real change only comes from that place.
Integration of the whole person
You're not just a mind trying to make a decision. You're a whole person emotions, body, habits, history, relationships. I work with all of it.
Background & training
My approach is built on a combination of formal study, professional experience, and ongoing specialised training.
I bring all of it into the work not as separate tools, but as an integrated way of seeing the whole person in front of me.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
I studied Psychology and Communications which shaped how I understand people, how they make decisions, and how they communicate with themselves and others.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After university I spent 18+ years working across multiple industries in both Mexico and Germany — in environments that taught me more about human dynamics, leadership, and what actually drives people than any course ever could.
SPECIALISED TRAINING
Over the years I've deepened my practice through focused study across different disciplines:
• Nutrition Science - Stanford University
• Managing for Impact - Winning by Design.
• Practitioner of Modern Leadership.
• Coaching Certification - Erickson International (in progress)
• Meditation for Therapy.
• Método Yuen.
