If something here doesn't answer your question, just email hello@sendamethod.com. I'll get back to you directly.

about the method

What kind of work do you offer?

Coaching, systemic processes, and a structured framework called the Senda Method, built around four stages: Orientation, Perspective, Choice, and Anchor. Depending on where you are, we might work through a specific decision, a recurring pattern, or the full design of your life.

How is this different from traditional coaching?

While coaching is part of the work, I also integrate systemic processes and structured methods. This allows us to go beyond conversation and explore underlying patterns, relationships, and dynamics that influence your situation.

What happens in a session?

Every session is different because every person is different. We might explore a specific situation through conversation, work through a structured framework, look at a recurring pattern, or go deeper into something systemic. What stays consistent is the direction, always toward clarity and a real next step.

What results can I expect?

People experience this differently. Most notice a shift in how they see their situation, less stuck, more clear about what's actually going on. Over time, that clarity translates into decisions that feel genuinely theirs, and a way of moving forward that doesn't require forcing.

What if something emotional comes up during a session?

It's normal, and it's welcome. You're always in control of the pace. I work in a grounded, supportive way, and I'll never push you somewhere you're not ready to go. If something unexpected surfaces, we work with it rather than around it.

booking & practical details

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the scheduling page. If you have questions before booking, reach out at hello@sendamethod.com,  happy to help.

Are sessions in person or online?

All sessions are held online via secure video call, so you can join from wherever you are.

How long is a session?

We’ll spend 45 minutes for our Senda Intro Conversation. Standard Clarity sessions and coaching containers run for 60 minutes. The Recalibration takes 90 minutes, while Constellation sessions allow for deeper work, lasting up to 2 hours.

How many sessions should I take?

It depends on where you are and what you need. A single Clarity session works well for a specific decision. If something bigger is going on, the Short Container or Design Your Life gives you the depth and structure to actually shift it.

Is there support between sessions?

For Design Your Life and the Short Container, between sessions you may receive reflections or workbook exercises to work with. For standalone sessions, the work happens in the session itself. Ongoing support outside of sessions is not included unless we have agreed otherwise.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are charged in full.

What happens if I arrive late?

The session ends at the scheduled time regardless, out of respect for both our time.

Do I need to prepare anything?

For standalone sessions, no preparation needed. Just show up as you are. For Design Your Life, each block comes with a guided workbook to complete before your coaching session. The workbook is where the real preparation happens.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel a package before the first session and within 7 days of booking, you can request a refund minus processing fees. After the first session, packages are non-refundable. Single sessions are non-refundable once completed. Full details in the Terms of Use.

What is Design Your Life?
