Our journey together rests on a foundation of clarity and mutual respect. These terms apply to all services provided under Senda Method, ensuring a shared understanding for our coaching and developmental work.

Senda Method provides personal development services designed to support clarity, decision making, and transformation. These services do not constitute therapy, medical, or psychological treatment. Services include standalone coaching sessions, the Short Container, the Constellation Session, The Recalibration, and the Design Your Life program.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

All sessions are treated as confidential unless required by law or in case of immediate safety concerns.
All sessions must be paid in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

You agree to: take full responsibility for your decisions and actions, participate voluntarily, and communicate openly during the process.

The Short Container and Design Your Life program must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions expire upon the package completion date. Design Your Life includes access to The Recalibration at $150 per session, available every six months after the program ends.
8. Refunds
If you cancel a package before the first session and within 7 days of booking, you may request a refund minus any processing fees.
After the first session has taken place, packages are non‑refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Single sessions are non‑refundable once completed.
These Terms apply to all services provided under Senda Method, including coaching sessions, systemic processes, and guided experiences.
